Shipping & Returns

Thanks for shopping Rove Outfitter. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know as soon as possible. Our customer service team is here to help! 

Returns - You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible. Email support@roveoutfitter.co to start the return process.

Refunds - Once your item is returned, our team will inspect your item and notify you when your item has been fully inspected. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, your credit should appear within 3-5 business days. 

Shipping - You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item as they are nonrefundable. There will be a $20 restocking fee. If you return an item and receive a refund, the shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
